EVOGREEN
HKSCA, the Hong Kong Smart Catering Association, celebrates its second anniversary with "EVOGREEN" as its annual theme, achieving remarkable results in promoting low-carbon green living and the intelligent and digital transformation of the catering industry.
Promoting Low-Carbon, Green Living: The Association actively promotes low-carbon, green living, smart transformation in the catering industry, intelligent production lines, and sustainable food products to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in the catering industry. Workshops and training courses are provided to help practitioners master new technologies. The catering industry can promote low-carbon living and enhance its corporate image by reducing its carbon footprint and other measures.
Collaboration on Smart Solutions: The Association collaborates with technology companies to develop smart solutions for the catering industry, and works with the government and academic institutions to promote policy support and the development of industry standards.
Digital service enhancements: Leveraging big data and artificial intelligence to provide personalized recommendations and customized services. During the pandemic, we promoted contactless ordering and payment, helped businesses maintain operations through food delivery platforms and online marketing, and provided resources and guidance to drive industry recovery.
Future Plans: The Association will continue to promote technological innovation, explore intelligent applications such as blockchain and the Internet of Things, strengthen international collaboration, lead industry innovation, and promote the sustainable development of Hong Kong's catering industry.

The event brings together young people from different industries to explore new development directions for the catering industry and promote the inheritance of smart catering. It also organizes various activities to improve the quality of industry professionals and provide professionals with important information on business strategies.

Provide members with information on food technology developments and technological R&D in the Greater Bay Area; assist members in obtaining and applying for government funding, share the latest government funding programs, and support the government's promotion of "new industrialization" development. Provide information on green financing and credit.

Trade promotion activities create business opportunities and attract Mainland and international catering companies to Hong Kong. Leveraging Hong Kong's extensive global network, we promote the latest developments in Hong Kong's catering industry to the overseas business community around the clock, telling the story of Hong Kong.

The Smart Project Team (SPT) is a team of independent, professional technical personnel within the Association, responsible for providing consultation, application, training, and support to members regarding smart projects. They provide professional technical services and fully assist members in applying smart technology to drive the development of their catering businesses.

To review and recommend member recruitment and retention strategies, and strive to improve member benefits to cater to members' needs and the ever-changing competitive environment in Hong Kong's business sector.
